The Infinity Bottle

I love the infinity bottle. I grew up during a time when nothing was wasted. An infinity bottle is a way to use everything in your liquor cabinet and make some of the best spirit you’ve ever tasted.

It’s very simple – take whatever “ends” of bottles of the same liquor you have on hand (or you can mix liquors if you are more adventurous than I am). In a handsome glass decanter, funnel the “ends” together and taste it. If the taste isn’t to your liking, you can add a little more of something else to balance it out or mellow it.

Once you have the infinity bottle started, you can add whatever else you want as you go along. It’s wonderful when you have just a little left in a bottle – not enough to serve and too much to throw out (which I would never do!).
