At last projection, automakers will spend nearly $15 billion just on digital advertising. Consumers continue to expect ease in searching online. An auto is one of the most expensive commodities someone will own and manufacturers are always seeking creative ways to capture buyers’ attention. Given the competition, memorable slogans are imperative to driving sales. One of the best mottos I remember was from a Porsche 911 ad:
“It’s about as fast as you can go without having to eat airline food”
